This position is eligible for hybrid remote work. ETF offers hybrid remote/office workIf interested in remote work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment as well as once a month for required meetings. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require

Position Summary
As a Data Management Supervisor at ETF, you will lead various teams that are involved in the development and support of Data Management solutions. You will supervise data engineers, business intelligence developers, quality assurance staff, and data architects. You will also be responsible for overseeing several Data Management functions including master Data Management, data governance, data integration, data literacy, data quality, etc.. Not only will you be involved with developing a cutting-edge data lake platform, but you will play a key role in maturing our Data Management program and helping improve our Data Management operating model.

Salary Information
This position is in classification IS Supervisor 2 (pay schedule-range 70-02) with an annual salary of $112,840 - $126,568, plus excellent benefits. For current and eligible former State employees, compensation will be set in accordance with the State Compensation Plan.
A 12-month probationary period is required.
Job Details

Qualifications
Minimally Qualified applicants will have professional experience with all of the following:
  • Directing and/or leading Data Management teams performing several of the following functions:***
    • Data architecture
    • Data modeling
    • Data integration through the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process
    • Business intelligence and analytics
    • Data governance
    • Data quality
  • Developing processes, standards, and/or procedures for Data Management***
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders (e.g., business partners, vendors, contractors, etc.)***

Highly Qualified candidates will also have experience with both of the following:
  • Developing and/or improving the operating model for a Data Management team
  • Maturing a Data Management program (e.g., examining and improving Data Management processes, identifying potential risks, conducting data maturity assessments, developing a team's skills in Data Management, etc.)
