We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Management Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company's data. You will work closely with other members of the Data Management team to perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, maintenance, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities;
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating data in various systems and databases
- Verify the accuracy of data by conducting regular audits and cross-referencing information
- Ensure data integrity and quality by identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors
- Collaborate with other teams to gather and compile data from various sources
- Assist in the development and implementation of new Data Management procedures and systems
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports to support data analysis and decision-making processes
- Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times
Requirements;
- Proven experience in data entry or Data Management role
- Proficient in using Data Management software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations is a plus
