Global C2 Integration Technologies is looking for talented and enthusiastic Data Link Operations Managerin Tucson, Arizona. You will be responsible for providing support to the 612th Air Operations Center (AOC) through technical and operational means, enabling integration of Data Link sources, architecture, combat identification (CID) and track amplification. Candidate must have relevant expertise with a background in Data Link Operations (DLO) with an understanding of systems interface, architecture, and troubleshooting. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver unique and exquisite sources of data to support the timely, accurate, and complete transmission of tactically actionable information, to include friendly, neutral, and CID requirements; design, execute, and manage data integration into the CTP/COP architecture
• Provide expertise in the interpretation and coordinate sourcing of Operational Tasking Data Links (OPTASKLINK), mapping, imagery data, Air Tasking Order (ATO)/Airspace Control Order (ACO) databases
• Possess expertise and breadth of knowledge in drafting, editing, routing and adhering to Joint and coalition tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), as well as Military Standard (MILSTD) and Air Force Instructions
• Input tactical information into the Joint Data Network through tactical Data Link Operations, demonstrating strict adherence to TTPs, theater guidance, and security requirements, while providing support to real-world and training operations
• Ensure systems, such as Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), Joint Range Extension (JRE), Multiple Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT), etc., are setup, configured, and operating in a manner that meets ongoing operational architecture requirements and ensures proper data exchange
• Provide oversight on security, certification, validation testing, configuration management, and accreditation requirements; resolve data formatting, translation and interoperability issues
• Assist in development, management, maintenance, and coordination of system downtimes, and upgrades, establish and coordinate priorities and timelines as appropriate
• Support the researching and preparing the materials/documentation in support of new system requirements, architecture development, and TTP
• Assist in management JICC organization, equipment placement, on/off site database backup processes and timelines, web server, shared file server, and data archiving requirements
• Travel in support of operations as required, including operations, exercises, conferences, symposiums, and experiments to both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years' experience with Data Link Operations and system architectures
• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ Years related military/civilian educational qualifications
• Understanding of networking, common/terminal Data Links, and datalink message standards
• Experience participating in AOC exercises or operations as member of an Interface Control Cell (ICC)
• Experience with operations in classified environments, to include SIPRNet and JWICS
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve, utilizing a team approach when necessary
• Operational experience in Data Link maintenance, operations and airborne terminology
• Maturity to work unsupervised, supporting customer requirements during real-world and exercise events
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, customers, and corporate program managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, base-level communications support elements and program management offices

Desired Skills:

• 10+ years' experience with Data Link Operations and systems architecture
• JT-301/310 Joint Interface Control Officer Course (JICO) graduate
• Contingency operations experience in an ICC
• Joint, USAF Air Staff, USAF Major Command, or Numbered Air Force staff experience

Eligibility:

• Must have a Secret U.S. DoD Security Clearance
• Must be eligible and willing to upgrade to a TS/SCI Clearance
