Job description

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Data Integrity Coordinator.

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Remote opportunities available in the following states: Virginia, North Carolina, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington (state), West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

For those located in Washington State, the following salary range applies: $81,310.32 - $112,213.92.

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (EST)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's level degree in Supply Chain/Business/Health Admin or related field required.

  • 5+ years Purchasing/Buyer or related field experience required, Supply Chain Healthcare highly desired.

  • Associate's level degree plus 10+ years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree will be considered. Supply Chain Healthcare experience required.

Position Overview:

Responsible for supporting and managing accurate price file data, analysis, and key components of monitoring, evaluating and accountability for Supply Chain Data Integrity. Subject Matter Expert (SME) reporting directly to the Business Application Manager.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in fast paced environment

  • Effective communications skills

  • Demonstrated experience with major ERP systems (Workday highly desired)

  • Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills and commitment to deliver quality results

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time due to strong organizational skills
