Responsibilities:

• Crafting Robust Data Systems:
  • Devise and construct Data Infrastructure systems that span distributed compute, data orchestration, distributed storage, and streaming components.
  • Prioritize scalability, reliability, and security throughout the design and implementation process.
• Empowering End-Users:
  • Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, whether face-to-face or through remote channels.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks with agility and precision.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with external IT service providers to resolve complex issues.
• Detective Work and Swift Solutions:
  • Uncover and diagnose issues related to computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
  • Independently address problems or collaborate with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.

• Educational Foundation:
