Data Entry Specialist

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our database, contributing significantly to the efficiency of our operations.Responsibilities:• Accurately input property and client data into the company's database.• Regularly update and manage existing client information.• Assist with the processing of real estate contracts, listings, and closings.• Generate and prepare reports on sales data, market trends, and other relevant real estate information.• Review data for discrepancies and rectify any errors promptly.• Work closely with the team to ensure all property listings are up-to-date and accurate.• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.• Collaborate with team members to meet Data Entry requirements and deadlines.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent. Higher education or certifications in relevant fields is a plus.• Proven Data Entry work experience, preferably in a real estate setting.• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and familiarity with database systems.• Fast and accurate typing skills with an eye for detail.• Excellent reading and comprehension skills to understand complex real estate documents.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize and manage time effectively.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.About Company: The Nevada Real Estate Group has been the #1 Real Estate Team in Nevada for the past 4 years.
