POSITION OVERVIEW
At Allmark Door, we are looking for an enthusiastic Service Processor to provide superb assistance and support to our billing and service team. Our Service Processor will be assisting the internal team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. Their main duties include responding to customer complaints and questions, making sure orders are processed on time, and heavy Data Entry related to the service and billing team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally
- Running our internal reports daily for completed tasks.
- Updating NetSuite using Fleetmatic Tracker
- Completing all service tasks and accurately generating job cards
- Emailing job cards to customers
- Entering Prevailing Wage job hours into a spreadsheet
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management.
RELEVANT JOB COMPETENCIES
- Data entry experience
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite, and Data Entry
- Experience with NetSuite software
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
