Data Entry Operator

AGVISE Laboratories in Northwood, ND is now hiring for a Data Entry position. This is a full-time hourly position including benefits such as vacation and sick time, health insurance, profit sharing, and participation in AGVISE’s ESOP. AGVISE Laboratories is an employee-owned agricultural testing laboratory and has been leading the industry in the analysis of soil, water, plant tissue, manure, and fertilizer for more than 45 years. Our team provides quality results and technical support to agricultural producers, crop consultants, agronomists, and researchers. This position is located at our Northwood laboratory. Duties
- Enter data into computerized databases and systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Organize and maintain files and records for efficient data retrieval
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Generate reports and pivot tables based on entered data
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as order entry and document preparation

Qualifications
- Recommended experience in Data Entry or a similar clerical role
- Basic use of computerized databases and systems for Data Entry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
