Knowledge Services is seeking a Data Entry Operator to work a 3+ month contract position with the Department of Revenue.
This person will be required to work on-site in our client's office located on the Southwest side of Indianapolis.
- Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm EST
- $17 per hour
- Anticipated start date is February 5, 2024
- Verifies and logs receipt of data
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for Data Entry
- Transcribes source data into the required electronic format
- Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners
- Performs high-volume Data Entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software and programs
- High School diploma or GED
- High attention to detail
- Must be able to pass a typing test with at least 7500 keystrokes per hour
- Ability to sit for 6-7 hours in front of a computer
