Data Entry Associate
Summary:
The Data Entry Associate provides record coordination support for the process monitoring and Informatics team.
Major responsibilities include tracking entry and verification of batch records across three manufacturing suites to ensure required data are completely and accurately captured in the Informatics database and tracking, entry, and verification of records.
In addition, this role will assist with compiling and verifying data from the systems to support GMP documentation.
Responsibilities:
Track entry and verification of records to ensure completeness
Perform entry and verification of data to ensure the accuracy of data
Assist with extracting, analyzing, and summarizing data for GMP reports
Perform verification of data in GMP reports
Qualifications:
A high school diploma and 4+ years of experience with Data Entry are required.
GMP experience and working with GMP data are essential. Must understand the regulations of GMP data and ensure everything is accurate.
Solid knowledge of computers and computer systems including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
