Amwins is seeking adaptable and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing Client Services Team (CST)! Our team members are given the opportunity to learn and develop various skills that will assist the Amwins Client Services Team throughout the fast-paced policy issuance process. Noneof our positions involve cold-calling, commission, or sales. This is data processing, internal customer service driven role that will provide you the opportunity to flex your problem solving skills and grow a strong career in our thriving industry. We are now offering hybrid and flex schedules!
We have new openings in the following services:
- The Binders team is responsible for creating a “binder” on behalf of the Underwriting Team for the purpose of committing to a quote. The documents created by the Binders team is the initial step in the insurance policy creation process.
- The Issuance & Endorsementsteam is responsible for creating the insurance policy based upon the underwriter’s specifications and providing it to the retail agent.
- The Surplus Lines team is responsible for filing taxes and handling reporting for non-admitted insurance policies.
- The Inspections team is responsible for ensuring that all inspection report documentation meets the insurance policy conditions and requirements set forth by the insurance carriers.
- The Cancellations team is responsible for receiving and handling requests to terminate an insurance policy before its renewal or expiration date, by either the insured or the carrier.

Essential job functions will vary by specific service, but always include:
- Leverage Amwins’ systems to retrieve applications, supplemental forms, and policies
- Compare reports to the applications, supplements and policy for any discrepancies and recommendations
- Work within documented deadlines
- Ensure information is being sent to appropriate parties
- Contact via email with other Amwins Teams and outside partners
