Data Entry Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Entry Analyst to play a key role in shaping the data processes and contribute to the continued success of an established organization in Denver, Colorado.
As a Data Entry Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of data operations - ensuring accuracy, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment!
What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with global teams to improve and standardize Data Entry processes for various company departments
• Support various departments with processing customer requests
• Verify and correct data accuracy by checking source documents for completeness and correctness
• Obtain additional information for incomplete documents and update records as needed
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents to meet specific requirements
• Enter accurate data into designated computer databases, files, and forms
• Ensure the integrity and security of data by complying with company policies, and check completed work for accuracy before storing documents

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience with Data Entry/analysis is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Oracle is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Great problem solving and communication skills

• This is a 6 month contract to start with potential for extension and/or permanent employment at the conclusion of the contract
