This is a hybrid role that would require commuting to our Hartford, WI headquarters multiple times a week.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Data Coordinator to join our growing team and provide top-notch service to our internal and external channel partners. Under the direction of the Customer Experience Management team this position is responsible for the maintenance of the Customer and Sales master files, product master files, and assisting with bid and spec duties when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

EV Product Data Management

• Maintain and analyze product release data.
• Maintain updated product knowledge of all company products.

Customer Master Management

• Maintain Pro Channel customer master files in ASI.
• Match Customer accounts in Ephesoft.

Bid & Spec Support

• Assist with overflow and cover vacations of Pro Channel Bid & Spec team.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in Customer Service-related roles.
• Industry knowledge (preferred) or demonstrated ability to understand consumer products.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction (internal/external)
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication.
• Computer Proficiency
