The candidate will be working closely with a team of people managing federal programs. The candidate will be in communication with internal and external partners to monitor, manage, gather and document data received from third party partners. The candidate will also be supporting with administrative duties for the Statewide Transition Program.
Essential Functions:
- Skills in collecting, compiling, evaluating and analyzing information from a variety of sources.

- Knowledge of data management software and automated management systems
- Creates and maintains agency databases; creates and maintains spreadsheets.
- Serves as a liaison with the public, clients, agency staff and others to exchange information and explain agency services, laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to verify accuracy of information, resolve discrepancies and follow-up on outstanding activities.
- Knowledge of the methods and techniques in composing written communications such as responses to inquiries and narrative reports
- Directs and conduct special projects for superior that may involve issues of a sensitive or confidential nature.
- One year experience in coordinating administrative support operations, tracking workflow and resolving problems, providing guidance and consultation to management
- One year experience in conducting research from multiple sources, analyzing data collected and preparing reports.
- One year experience in using an automated information system to enter, update, modify, delete, retrieve/inquire and report on data.
- One year experience in document processing which includes reviewing and evaluating records for completeness and conformity with laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures, resolve deficiencies, interpret information, and track and monitor activities.
