In order to gather information, the data entry clerk will correspond and follow up with both clients and other corporate personnel. The data entry clerk will promptly and accurately enter the data into the pertinent databases. Errors will be found and fixed, and if needed, you'll notify the appropriate parties right away.
You must gather information and record data quickly in order for the business's databases to appropriately reflect changes, modifications, and transactions if you want to perform well in this role. - Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- 1+ years experience in a relevant field.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch typing skills.
