Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data/Catalogue Manager to join our team. As a Data Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering accurate ACES and PIES data to customers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements. This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity, streamlining content management, and contributing to effective product categorization.
Responsibilities

• Manage and Deliver ACES and PIES Data:
  • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of ACES and PIES data to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and requirements in data delivery.
• Correct ACES/PIES Data:
  • Identify and rectify issues in ACES/PIES data, including overpopulated, duplicated, and potentially compatible items.
• Collaborate for Consistent Product Categorization:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in product categorization.
• Implement a Digital Asset Management System:
  • Implement and manage a digital asset management system for streamlined content management.
  • Improve content distribution processes through the effective use of the digital asset management system.
• Analyze and Populate Potential New Item List:
  • Utilize order history data to analyze and populate a potential new item list.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings based on historical order patterns.
• Analyze and Populate Order Data:
  • Conduct gap analysis in order data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Research related items to enhance product offerings.
  • Identify and rectify issues such as left/right missing items.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of high-potential items based on customer data.

Qualifications

• A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Data Manager and delivering ACES and PIES data or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong understanding of data collection and analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in implementing digital asset management systems
• Familiarity with industry standards and requirements
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Normal office duties as assigned.
• Occasional fieldwork.
• Must be able to travel overnight.
