Pratt & Whitney is seeking an experienced, proactive, and goal-oriented candidate in our OpX organization. This individual will provide insights and recommendations based on various data analytics and reporting. The Sr. Analyst will be the primary owner of monthly closing packages and summaries related to operations and manufacturing key processes and manufacturing readiness.
The selected candidate will be a leader on the process improvement projects to drive process maturity and expectations. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, high impact environment. This position requires interaction with multiple functional areas and all levels of management making both written and verbal communication skills critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various monthly process reporting and data packages
- Ad hoc reporting/analysis as requested by management
- Develop and maintain various predictive models
- Support continuous improvement and process maturity for key business processes
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and proficient in PowerPoint and Word
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or teams at all levels
- Strong communication, business writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience developing project plans and business models
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Strong data mining skills (Access, Visual Basic, SQL)

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
