The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. (RFMH) is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Data Analyst/Data Base Manager for the OnTrackNY program. The OnTrackNY program is an innovative treatment program designed to help young people with the recent onset of a psychotic disorder attain recovery and achieve their goals for school, work, and relationships. This initiative is based in the Center for Practice Innovations (CPI) in the Division of Behavioral Health Services and Policy Research (DBHSPR), at the New York State Psychiatric Institute in New York City (NYSPI). The incumbent will report to the Director of Data Collection, Infrastructure, and Communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Data Analyst/Data Base Manager will support statewide data-collection and data management efforts involving OnTrackNY program sites throughout the state to inform technical assistance and quality improvement activities by OnTrackCentral involving programs providing First Episode Psychosis services in NY S. The duties of the position include:

• Management of all aspects of REDCap Software development (including importation and exportation of data, data collection form and business rule development, validation, quality, and timeliness checking, report preparation,
• Development of training materials, conduct of trainings, and provision of technical assistance to system users and data collectors with various access privileges.
• Conducting routine and ad hoc analyses using standard data analysis packages and prepare summaries of findings and trends as requested by OnTrackNY leadership and collaborators.
• Creation of custom / limited datasets, merge of datasets using common identifiers, maintain data dictionaries, keeping thorough records of changes / enhancements to data collection.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics or another related discipline.
• Two or more years of experience as REDCap Software developer.
• Two or more years using a standard data analysis package (e.g., SAS, SPSS).

Preferred Qualifications:

• D. in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics or another related discipline.
• One year experience working with mental health clinical data.
• One year experience working with large multivariate data sets.
• One year experience conducting trainings on EDC for users with limited computer literacy.
