Job Title: Adult Ed Data Administrator
Reports To: Adult Education Facilitator or designee
Location: Adult Ed building
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; data/clerical training
Rate of Pay: $25.00/Hour grant funded 5-10 Hours per Week
Preferred Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years working in adult education and using LACES data system and TOPSpro data system
Position Summary: A data administrator serves an important role maintaining a variety of data pertaining to adult education students, faculty and staff. This position supports instructors by providing current test data in a timely manner and supports the facilitator by monitoring and distributing data collection for mandatory state reporting. The work and responsibilities of a data administrator provide vital support to run mandated adult education programs effectively and for administration to accurately report on these grant funded mandated programs.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Full knowledge and mastery of LACES and TOPSpro data management systems
- Strong oral, written and computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Provide weekly updates about pre & post testing eligibility
- Meet with ESL faculty to provide reports and explanations regarding pre/post testing result data
- Monitor LACES dashboard for alerts regarding students and staff
- Attend monthly CSDE data admin meetings
- Monitor attendance in CDP, GED, ESL and Citizenship classes
- Other data-related tasks as determined by the program facilitator
