H.I.S. Hawaii, a major Japanese-affiliated travel agency, is looking for a full-time Guest Relations Coordinator to work in the Honolulu Airport Department. 【主な業務内容】

・日本から到着するHISのお客様をホノルル空港でお出迎えするカスタマーサービス業務

・ハワイ到着のお客様へのワイキキまたは宿泊ホテルへの送迎シャトル手配業務

・当社のお客様が日本へ帰国する時の空港チェックインと搭乗サポート業務

・他島へ出発・帰島する当社のお客様の空港でのご案内・サポート業務

・空港内『LeaLeaラウンジ』をご利用になるお客様の対応業務とラウンジ管理業務

■Positions/募集ポジション

・Full Time／週5日シフト勤務

■Hours/勤務時間

【フルタイム】

・週末や祝日出勤あり

・航空会社の運航スケジュールに合わせて１日８時間勤務（実働週40時間／週休2日制）

・航空機のキャンセルや遅延時には、イレギュラーな勤務時間が発生する場合もあります

■Qualifications/採用条件

・Japanese-speaking required (Native level) ：丁寧な日本語での読み書きと接客、日本語での問い合わせへの対応が問題なくできる方

・English-speaking required (Conversational level) ：簡単な英文の読み書きと空港業務に関する日常英会話でのコミュニケーションができる方

・Friendly, cheerful personality：人と接するのが好きで、明るく元気に対応いただける方

・Responsible and reliable for the assigned work：お任せした業務を責任を持ってやっていただける方
