Job Title: Dance Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Step into the limelight as you command the stage and lead our little stars through enchanting dance classes.
• Delight in the wonder of childhood as you create an atmosphere of excitement, laughter, and pure joy.
• Ensure every class is a hit as you master choreography, and follow our curated playlists and lesson plans.
• Spread positivity like confetti as you build meaningful connections with students and school staff alike.
• Expand enrollment by inviting new children to join classes with space for additional students and engaging parents/teachers and encouraging them to sign up
• Embark on an adventure as you travel to various dance locations, bringing the magic of Tippi Toes wherever you go.

Requirements:

• A heart full of love for children and a passion for making a difference in their lives.
• Boundless energy and a can-do attitude that lights up the room.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to project and animate your voice, to dazzle children.
• Ability to routinely and consistently learn and teach choreography and class curriculum
• Bonus points if you've got a background in performance (dance, theatre, cheer, you name it!)
• Access to a car and a valid driver's license to embark on this magical journey with us.
