The Mahaska County YMCA is hiring a Dance Instructor to lead our Adult Line Dancing class. This is a part-time position of 2-hours per week.
Key functions include:
- Provide a fun, positive and safe experience for all participants.
- Demonstrate strong service and hospitality with all members.
- Create an all-inclusive and supporting environment.
- Memory recognition of members and their names.
- Encourage a lifetime participation in movement and physical activity.
- Demonstrate YMCA Core Values of: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Personal qualities desired include good human relation skills, patient, and understanding.
- Good physical condition.
- Must possess auditory, visual, and verbal abilities to communicate via phone, technology, and in person.
