Chitra is looking for a Cyberspace Operations Doctrine Writer to support the Army Cyber School at Fort Eisenhower, GA.
Candidates must have the following position requirements:
- Possess a final Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and maintain the required security clearance throughout the life of the contract.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, electrical engineering, physics, or other engineering disciplines, information technology, information systems related fields, a cyberspace related field, or have a combined minimum of three years of experience writing Cyberspace Operations Doctrine, technical manuals, Combined Armed Training Strategy (CATS), writing EW doctrine, technical manuals, or professional military publications.
- Have experience in Offensive and/or Defensive Cyberspace Operations.
- Have experience and knowledge of writing military documents, and the capability development process or requirements determination process.
- Be capable of supporting extended travel requirements as the CCoE doctrine representative in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) for the purpose of obtaining information to support the development of doctrine publications and maintain currency with emerging TTP.
- Have two years of experience and knowledge to coordinate and collaborate with Army proponents, units, the DA Staff, and other agencies responsible for DOTMLPF activities to facilitate timely analysis and doctrine development. In addition, Cyberspace Operations Doctrine Writers must have at least one of the following:
- Have a minimumfive (5) years of experience and knowledge in information operations-related fields (e.g., MISO, MILDEC, PSYOP, OPSEC) and have acombined minimum of three years of experience writing information advantage-related (e.g., information operations, MISO, MILDEC, PSYOP, OPSEC) doctrine, technical manuals, or CATS.
- Have a minimum offive (5) years of experience and knowledge in Cyberspace Operations. Have a minimum of three years of experience and knowledge in thecapabilities and limitations of applicable Microsoft Office applications, includingWord, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Candidates shall be expected to:
- Develop and write Army Cyberspace Operations Doctrine publications by researching, analyzing, defining, evaluating and integrating concepts, lessons learned, and best practices on Army Cyberspace Operations, EW, and information advantage activities.
- Evaluate combined, joint, multi-Service, multinational, and Army doctrine and TTP related to Cyberspace Operations, EW, and information advantage activities for the validation, modification and development of new doctrinal products in support of Army Cyberspace Operations, EW, and information advantage missions.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, review, and evaluation of doctrinal publications developed by other proponent schools/centers, Services and Government agencies, providing required support and knowledge to conduct external document reviews.
- Coordinate with military and Government personnel and support all aspects of the doctrine development process.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Cyberspace Operations roles, missions, capabilities, organizations, command and control (C2), employment, and sustainment to analyze, validate, modify, write and edit new or existing doctrine products.
