Cybersecurity Specialist


Based in our Malvern, PA office, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our user identities and data by becoming the mastermind behind our Access & Identity Management (IAM) initiatives. We're seeking a passionate and experienced individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, tackles challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, and possesses a deep understanding of the ever-evolving IAM landscape.

In this role, you'll:

  • Drive IAM initiatives: Craft secure and efficient user and tool integration solutions, implementing leading IAM systems such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, and more.
  • Collaborate and conquer: Partner with internal IT teams and client stakeholders to deliver exceptional IAM support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Automate for efficiency: Leverage your scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, etc.) to automate repetitive tasks and streamline IAM processes.
  • Security champion: Advocate for best practices in access control, password management, and data security, constantly strengthening our defenses.
  • Problem-solving pro: Diagnose and resolve authentication and authorization issues, ensuring seamless user access and preventing security breaches.
  • Communication bridge: Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project management prowess: Organize and manage IAM projects effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lifelong learner: Stay ahead of the curve by actively learning new IAM technologies and best practices, continuously expanding your knowledge.
  • Team player extraordinaire: Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, working closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in identity management, system administration, security, or a relevant field.
  • Deep understanding of leading IAM systems (Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, etc.) and security protocols (SAML, LDAP, OAuth).
  • Proven ability to create, modify, and terminate user accounts across different systems.
  • Proficiency in managing directory services like Active Directory or LDAP.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Unix shell scripting for IAM automation.
  • Knowledge of security best practices related to access control, password management, and data security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project management skills to organize and prioritize tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate configuration and management of IAM systems.
  • A strong desire to stay up to date with the latest IAM technologies and best practices.

Bonus points if you have:

  • General understanding of how various IT related systems and devices interact.
  • Basic understanding of patch and vulnerability management.
  • Willingness to get involved in unfamiliar technologies.
