The Role:
What You'll Do:
- Proof, review, and when applicable, draft, correspondence and documents prepared for manager signature and validate conformance of the established administrative policies and regulations, confirm proper coordination and timely compliance with assigned action.
- Attend meetings, record meeting minutes as requested, transcribe and disseminate as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with servant mentality.
- Arrange travel (domestic, invitational and foreign), such as airline arrangements, hotel accommodations, and rental car and shuttle reservations, for staff as needed.
- Coordinate with managers and staff to coordinate Time & Attendance per established procedures.
What You Have:
- Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Security Clearance
- College degree and a minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills, and attention to detail, demonstrated through previous work experience.
- Experience with the concepts of project schedule, project plan, critical path and dependency analysis, resource allocation, baseline management, status monitoring, and related project management activities.
- Create draft, edit, and proof documents, correspondence, research, and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with an emphasis on being clear and succinct
- Experience as a Project Coordinator supporting cybersecurity and/or GRC are desired
- Familiarity with technical terminology and acronyms associated with computers, computer networking, firewalls, security tools and other cybersecurity related terms.
- Experience using webinar technology and virtual event platforms
- Prior experience with a Federal Government entity.
- Conference production: support event planning, registration tracking, attendee and speaker management, on-site logistics, and vendor coordination.
