Position Summary:

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Cyber Training Coordinator as a part of the A6 staff at Langley AFB. This individual will be working under the supervision of program managers and closely with military members among others, in accordance with various military policies to ensure that the Wing maintains a streamlined communication process.

FSLA Status: Regular, Full-Time

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborating in the creation and implementation of staff taskings, such as CONOPs, CONEMPs, and TTPs, adhering to AF, DoD, and Joint policies.
• Assisting in crafting weapon system-specific directives and manuals, ensuring compliance with relevant military standards.
• Contributing to the preparation of briefings for key decision-making entities including AFRRGs, AFROCs, and JCBs.
• Supporting Program Managers and Family of Systems Managers (FAMs) by advocating for operational community needs, particularly in areas of organization and training.
• Participating in the development and refinement of A6 Weapon Systems Training, including courseware, training programs, and instructor qualifications.
• Engaging in cyberspace training management, overseeing training effectiveness, and providing solutions for identified deficiencies.
• Assisting in policy formulation for operations, training, and warfighting requirements, maintaining alignment with AFI 36-2670 guidelines.
• Aiding in the evolution of cyberspace range policies and their integration into DoD training frameworks.
• Assisting in the modernization and sustainment planning efforts, coordinating with major commands and agencies to develop support performance work statements.
• Providing assistance across various weapon systems, leveraging overlaps in capabilities and training for enhanced operational cohesion.
• Assisting in configuring weapon system standards, tasks, and formal training for operational and maintenance personnel.
• Acting as a command representative, prioritizing cyberspace programs and serving as a liaison between senior leaders and program POCs.
• Coordinating and managing meetings, conferences, and action items, ensuring effective communication and response to staffing needs.
• Supporting the creation of briefings, plans, and agreements to bolster the AF and MAJCOM cyberspace portfolios.
• Monitoring technological advancements to inform strategy, enhance capabilities, and advise on program opportunities.
• Preparing and presenting reports to General Officers and Senior Leaders, managing documentation workflows and monthly reporting to command leadership.
• Advancing COMACC’s Air Force priorities and supporting the development and management of Organize, Train, and Equip functions within the cyber domains.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience/knowledge of a full range of cyberspace operations principles
• Familiarity with Air Force Cyberspace directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, operating, managing, and maintaining services and capabilities that support functional requirements.
