Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing and delivering Cyber Security solutions, including strategic planning and effective communication of plans to external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in building and managing highly skilled technical teams.
- Expertise in Cyber Security engineering, encompassing principles, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Secure Development Life Cycle frameworks (e.g., Microsoft SDL, CLASP, SAMM, BSIMM).
- Strong grasp of threat modeling, attack tree, and kill chain analysis.
- Experience in executing Threat and Vulnerability Management and/or Risk Management programs.

Responsibilities:
As our Cyber SecurityEngineering Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of 10+ Cyber Security engineering professionals, overseeing solutions, assessments, training plans, and budgeting.
- Cultivate relationships across all company divisions to comprehend Cyber Security needs for product lines and global delivery requirements.
- Contribute to the design of secure computer architectures and detailed cybersecurity plans.
- Assess, implement, and support security-focused tools and services, staying updated on current threats and best practices.
- Conduct security architecture design reviews and threat modeling for both new and existing technologies related to our products.
- Implement secure coding practices, fostering enterprise-wide compliance with SDLC requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, CMMC, and NIST security framework standards in Cyber Security tools, business applications, and operational technology programs.
- Lead defined portions of the Incident Response Plan during execution.
