The Cyber Security Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting and providing operational services to the Cyber Security division and across Inductive Automation’s global environment. They are the first line of communication and representation for the team and they assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring that the division is running smoothly from an administrative perspective and workflow. Hybrid and on-site opportunities are available for this role.
Responsibilities
- Reaching out to users to gather information for active investigations
- Participating in the administration of end user Security Awareness Training
- Participating in the writing of formal reports and other documentation
- Creating tickets and following-up on them
- Assisting with processing Cyber Security software renewals
- Acting as a liaison between the CS team and other divisions or stakeholders as necessary
- Assisting in meeting scheduling and agenda preparation
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports
- Taking meeting notes and converting relevant items into follow-up tasks
- Creating and maintaining division processes and procedures
- Creating and maintaining “How-to” guides for general staff
- Assisting with the coordination of team performance reviews
Requirements
- Associate’s degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree a plus
- 1+ years of consistent administrative support experience, with proven reliability and responsibility
- Energetic and enthusiastic customer service skills
- Professional and discreet, able to maintain confidentiality
- Clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects at the same time
- Extensive software skills including word processing, creating spreadsheets with formulas (MS Office, Google G-Suite)
- Proven ability to do reliable and accurate internet research
