```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the operations of multiple districts within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve district goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to district managers and staff.
- Monitor district performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular meetings with district managers to review progress and address any issues or concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a multi-district or regional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of pediatrics, acute care, IV infusion, utilization management, patient care, medical terminology, acute pain management, ER, pharmacy, and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
