Direct One is a commercial offset/digital print and mail provider located in Winter Park, FL, and we're looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, Bindery/Cutter operator for a full-time, long-term position.
In order to be considered, you MUST have previous experience working with bindery and/or cutting, equipment.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
- Operate bindery equipment, including programmable guillotine cutters and high-speed, air-feed folders, at the direction of the Production Manager.
- Read, understand, and follow USPS Postal paperwork.
- Properly bundle, tray, and palletize outbound mail.
- Have a high energy, positive, friendly, team-oriented personality.
- Possess an eye for detail as the last line of quality control in the production process.
- Display a mechanical aptitude as it relates to setting up, calibrating, troubleshooting, and performing minor maintenance tasks on lettershop equipment.

- Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. without any restrictions.
- Have a high school or GED equivalent.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
