Responsible for aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, processing basic transactions including beneficiary changes, address changes, and contributions, among other items. Also, may require research to troubleshoot client and rep problems. Clients may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Will work closely with team members and will partner with members of other teams on various items.
