What you will be doing
Job Hours: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am to 5:30pm, EST
The ideal candidate would have experience preparing Customs entries for U.S Customs, DEA, FDA, etc.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs general clerical duties such as handling the mail, filing, and sorting departmental paperwork.
Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and supports excess workload issues and scheduling.
Supports department managers in preparing for departmental activities such as making copies, collating handouts, and various other clerical duties.
Maintains and promotes positive working relationships with associates and management.
Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
Performs related duties as assigned.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
