Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Technical and Functional Subject Matter Expert SME Support of Customer/1 application
  • Develop technical Solutions from High Level Business problems
  • Requirements Gathering
  • Functional Analysis
  • Development of User Acceptance Test Plans
  • Development of Post-Production Verification Requirements
  • Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers
  • Support analysis of production events as needed
  • Support the development and review of training materials and participate in the implementation of the training as appropriate

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 yrs in business requirement application design and functional solutioning
  • A minimum of 8 yrs of Customer/1 application analysis, design or technical programming development, focused on Billing
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in SQL development
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HP UX Mainframe Platforms operating systems
  • Experience with Client server version of Customer/1
  • Experience with Tariff Modeling
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities CCB or C2M

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
