In this role, you will:
- Experience with Customer/1 and Customer Information System (CIS) to architect, design, code, and implement modifications to the CIS Customer/1 System to support multiple project implementations and maintenance of the Customer/1 application
- Update/Create technical and detailed functional design and architecture specifications for new programs and changes to existing programs
- Provide Customer/1 CIS knowledge to design and code modifications to the CIS Customer/1 System
- Create and complete complex integrity checks on converted data
- Perform impact analysis to design new components that handle functional changes
- Identify any impacts related to Customer/1 interfaces
- Ensure the development meets the desired outcome
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience working with Customer/1 and Customer Information Systems (CIS)
- Knowledge of at least one Customer/1 functional areas such as Billing, Service Orders, Finance, Supplier Services/Market Transactions (EDI), etc.
- Energy and Utilities industry experience
- Experience with Mainframe, COBOL, DB2, JCL and CSS
