Job Description:

  • Title: Customer Support Lead
  • Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday
  • Pay: Starting at $22 - $26 an hour

Overview:

The Customer Support Lead works within the Customer Success Department where they help lead both department initiatives and a small team of Customer Support agents. They are responsible for supporting customer needs quickly and efficiently with focus on providing exceptional customer value while helping them along their journey back to better health. They are also responsible for training and developing team members as well as improving utilization of the Customer Support platform.

Requirements:

  • Ability to Lead & Manage Teams.
  • Project Management & Time Management Skills.
  • Excellent Critical Thinking / Problem Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Communicator (Written & Verbal).
