Location: Remote position, within the Hawaii time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide an excellent experience to our customers.
  • First response for requests/issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Strict follow-through of protocols and complete focus on enabling the customers.
  • Collaborate across the company as needed to resolve requests/issues.

Requirements:
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills.
  • At least two years of experience in the tech. or broadcasting industries.
  • Experience working with encoders, broadcasting, or/and video streaming. - Advantage
  • Experience supporting technical products & services.
  • Experience handling a high volume of customer tickets & calls.
  • Experience using Linux, navigating, permissions, and basic utilization.
  • Good knowledge of computer networking concepts.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and extra hours as needed.
