We are seeking an individual who is a strong problem-solver and ready to hit the ground running in the Customer Service Coordinator position! In this role, you will direct customer calls to the appropriate team member and will be a critical piece to our goal of being number one in Customer Support.
No experience required! We will provide you with hands-on training during onboarding that gives you the support and resources needed to grow professionally within our organization.

On an average day, you will:
- Receive incoming phone calls and emails, being the primary means of communication with customers
- Perform basic triage to determine which Specialist can handle the Customer Support issue
- Investigate the cause of identified issues when Specialists are unavailable
- Create a ticket when investigating customer issues
- Notify and keep our internal team updated as issues are investigated and resolved
- Work with networking and communication hardware
- Aid with administrative tasks on occasion
To qualify for this job, you must have the following:
- Ability to pass a full background check
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
We’d also love it if you have the following:
- One year of administrative support experience
