Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from internal and external customers throughout the planning process; subsequently execute and manage requirements during the time of event and follow-up to gauge customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer Requests for Information (RFI), anticipate customer needs, and provide high level of customer service throughout customer engagements.
- Understand the MSC business model and communicate Platform as a Service (PaaS) to customers.
- Manage a master calendar of NTS events and disseminate information to team members and customers.
- Utilize creativity to facilitate an atmosphere of welcomeness.
- Identify opportunities and utilize creative problem solving to create a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) culture.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver “path to yes” high-quality customer service.
- Manage competing priorities to provide advice and recommendations to senior-level management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps to better understand customer needs.
- Automate business systems to collect, track and analyze data.
- Purchase, maintenance, resupply, and accounting of all refreshments and supplies for customers, MSC operations, and precoordinated events.
- Calculate and propose budgets for internal and external customer events.
- Generate timely expense reports, utilizing accounting systems to reconcile monthly charges.
- Perform Florida Notary duties to witness and legalize contractual mission support projects.
- Partner with company-wide entities and MSC Logistics for ordering, receiving, tracking, delivery, and accountability of purchases.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in successfully managing projects and programs which include external suppliers through the full project lifecycle, from conception through rollout and ongoing support.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Basic accounting principles and intermediate accounting skills.
- Must be flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Able to Obtain State of Florida Notary Designation within 2 weeks of hire.
- Understanding of Military Protocols.
- Work location is: Onsite – Tampa, FL
- Work hours: 7am to 4pm Monday – Friday
- Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
