Our mission is to help salon owners grow their business by getting their clients back more often while spending more. We currently do that by offering world-class marketing tools such as unique branded apps, loyalty programs, SMS + Email marketing solutions, and social tools that all sit on top of our easy-to-use salon software. Our goal over the next 2 years is to become the platform that hundreds of other companies build applications for salon owners on top of.

The Opportunity

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our US Support Team! This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys investigating, problem-solving, and interacting with people. Use your knowledge of computers and hardware to diagnose and troubleshoot basic queries and your customer service skills to answer questions on everyday software functions. This role is a great opportunity to start a career in a SaaS business. It's an entry-level role and will involve working on both hardware and software queries.


What you will do

  • Become an expert in our salon management software and get to know the daily functions inside and out

  • Take ownership of the investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of our client's technical and customer service-related questions.

  • Deliver top-notch personal and friendly Customer Support to our clients in a timely manner

  • Provide product feedback and escalation of critical service issues


Who you are

  • 1-2 years of professional experience

  • Working knowledge of Mac / Windows computers

  • Experience in the salon/spa industry, or experience working in a technical support role

  • Located in the PST Time Zone and are available to work M-F 9.30 AM PST-6 PM PST, with a rotating Saturday shift 7AM PST-3.30 PM PST

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent teamwork skills

  • Be thorough, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team

  • Have a quiet work environment, free from distractions and noise throughout the duration of your shift

  • Experience working with/for small business owners and a passion for seeing them succeed

  • Recent experience in a client-facing role where you directly resolved issues on a customer service or technical level

Nice to Have

  • Prior use of POS software

  • Experience with Zendesk, Slack, and/or Notion
