Description:
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing all customers with fast, friendly, and right service experiences.
- Collaborates with departmental resources to respond effectively and resolve customer concerns. Learns foundational account services/collections tasks.
- Manage inbound customer interactions according to defined quality standards.
- Accurately manage data entry of customer orders, quotes and requests according to defined quality standards
- Accurately record and report reasons for customer contacts according to defined best practices
- Manage outbound and incoming contacts received via all channels within established responsiveness standards
- Ensure excellent customer experiences by maintaining mastery and fluency of best practices
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 12 months experience, demonstrated fluency and excellent performance in Customer Service role
Work Environment
- Office in Edina.
- This is a Hybrid role (Monday WFH - you can also earn flex hours)
- M-F 8am-6pm availability
