Job description

Overview:

Lexamica is the first scalable, curated and national referral network for plaintiff's attorneys. We are building a roster of talented litigators across the country who want to handle referrals from the largest plaintiff firms in the US.

As a Customer Success Representative at Lexamica, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of law firms within our network. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to law firms, understanding their challenges in meeting deadlines on our platform, and providing friendly and positive support to address these concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to law firms within our network on a daily basis.
  • Engage with law firm representatives in a professional and empathetic manner to understand the reasons behind deadline challenges on our platform.
  • Provide clear explanations and solutions to assist law firms in overcoming obstacles to meeting deadlines, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor communication channels such as Slack to identify priority law firms and maintain an updated list for daily calls.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to report feedback, common issues, and suggest improvements based on law firm interactions.
  • Document all interactions and relevant information accurately in Google Sheets

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in making outbound calls and addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with law firm representatives.
  • Ability to remain positive, patient, and empathetic even in challenging situations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ability to navigate communication platforms like Slack efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry or experience working with law firms.
