The Customer Success Specialist is a fully remote position responsible for delivering business-to-business application support to Lifework's customers using the Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. You will work directly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to champion customer priorities and drive incidents to closure. The Customer Success Specialist will combine excellent technical and functional problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, customer-focused support.

Responsibilities:
- Apply technical knowledge, skills, and expertise to support clients.
- Provide rapid response and effective resolution to incidents.
- Achieve core/customized solutions delivery by agreed schedules, procedures, and standards.
- Accurate recording of time, effort, and schedule-related activities.
- Provide good communication to achieve excellent customer service via email, Zoom, and phone.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Develop solid product expertise through provided training, self-led learning activities, and use of the system.
- Seek and respond to development feedback.
Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, or Business is preferred. Associate degree with applicable experience may be considered.
Required experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.
- Good understanding of HCMS/HRI.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience utilizing the Ceridian Dayforce Platform or similar system capabilities (Payroll, Benefits, Time, and Data Integration options) and how it interacts with 3rd party systems to design, manage, and deliver complex Integration and Extensibility solutions.
- Knowledge of HR and Payroll is preferred.
- Configuration experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll.
- Knowledge of HR/Payroll reporting tools and techniques.
- Experience in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of modern APIs and middleware.
Remote Work Requirements
- Position is approximately 95% remote with some in-person time required for meetings and training.
- Candidates residing within NYS are preferred for in-person requirements. Candidates must be available to work 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (EST) with some flex available.
- Interested candidates should ensure that they have an available remote worksite. This should be a quiet and safe environment suitable for work purposes (e.g., for maintaining the security and confidentiality of company property and proprietary information). The worksite must have reliable internet access and cell phone access.
