Job description

Livegistics is bringing software to the construction industry. The opportunities in this space are vast and our speed to market is imperative. Livegistics is a technology firm that has developed powerful software to allow our clients to operate their connected business transactions using cutting-edge cloud-based software.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients in the construction industry are successful in using our technology products. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with our sales, support, marketing, and product teams to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs and providing them with the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport.
  • Analyze customer journeys and provide consultative support to overcome challenges.
  • Coordinate with project teams for timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate on strategies and solutions for client meetings.
  • Prepare documentation and visuals for campaign performance analysis.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to boost referrals and develop case studies.
  • Manage churn and prioritize customer retention.
  • Develop effective onboarding, educate customers, and drive account expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management preferably in the construction industry or in technology products for the construction industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve complex issues
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
  • A passion for Customer Success and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

Travel: This role may involve up to 30% travel, subject to change based on customer needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
