We are searching for a Customer Success Representative to join our talented and growing team!

Lucid Bots is a leading provider of robotic technology for exterior maintenance. We specialize in offering innovative solutions that revolutionize how professional contractors, building service contractors, facilities with in-house maintenance teams, window cleaning companies, building owners, and property managers approach cleaning and maintenance tasks. Our flagship products, the Sherpa drone, and Lavo Bot, are transforming the janitorial/sanitation (jan/san), education, pressure washing, attraction & hospitality, healthcare, industrial, BSC, property management, and retail sectors.

We seek a highly-motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be our customers' primary point of contact, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services. Your goal will be to foster a positive customer experience through proactive support, effective problem resolution, and solid relationships building.


Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact tfor customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to offer customized support.
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor customer health indicators, feedback, and satisfaction levels and develop strategies to improve them.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers and provide product features and benefits training.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide improvements in products and services.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices for Customer Success.
  • Duties as assigned by manager.
  • Travel may be required for this position.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success Representative or similar customer support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
  • High level of empathy and the ability to understand and prioritize customer needs.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
