InterVision Company is seeking a Customer Success Managerto manage Cisco Lifecycle and Enterprise Agreement opportunities within our current client base. The CSM will be responsible for managing Lifecycle and Enterprise Agreement opportunities, working with both internal and external teams to identify opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and tracking our clients’ success accomplishing their business and technical objectives with the solutions purchased. The CSM must successfully balance the need to exceed quota targets while ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience that creates value and client satisfaction, while deepening engagement.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 (2) years of IT experience
  • Experience in implementing IT strategies and a technology roadmap for multiple clients
  • Possess strong knowledge of technology infrastructure
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Technical certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of Cisco Enterprise Agreements and Lifecycle program
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Understanding of financial concepts, TCO, and ROI
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Overall understanding of technology needs of businesses
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical way
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure dynamic environment and adjust to priority changes is required
  • Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

  • Retain and Grow relationships with assigned existing customers
  • Be a Challenger. Ensure we are delivering insight, value and an exceptional experience
  • Be a proactive problem solver for InterVision and our clients
  • Deepen client engagement and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Conducts regular meetings with clients to develop long-term relationships and understand their business to communicate recommendations
  • Gathers data from multiple sources, develops reports and presents Partners with InterVision’s Account Management team for client retention and to develop opportunities based on a gap analysis between business needs and current technology
  • Assists in the development of a 3-5 year business technology roadmap based on business goals and technical requirements
  • Offers practical experience in the managing and execution of IT initiatives to ensure business value
  • Adheres to and assists in the ongoing development of processes and procedures
  • at client meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s), etc.
  • Functions as the liaison between the client, operations, and technical areas to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Compares customer infrastructure to InterVision database and validate against customer agreement
