Customer Success Intern
(must be a Senior or graduated in 2023)
One Inc is looking for a Customer Success Intern to work closely with the Customer Success team to support significant projects during the Summer. As a Customer Success Intern, you will be part of a dynamic organization in a fast-growing payments company catering to the Insurance industry. You will gain valuable insights into the customer journey and experience. The Customer Success Intern will build out a 360-degree Customer View and the end deliverable will be a reusable score sheet and process. In addition, your internship will include assignments and projects centered around:
Each intern will own a dedicated project solving real business challenges. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, network and participate in professional and personal development sessions. The internship will wrap up with a presentation on your learnings and the experience.

Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program and in good standing at an accredited college or university. Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week and complete a 8 to 10 week internship program.

- Business Review Prep: Build draft slide deck from a template to help the Client Account Manager expedite a productive conversation.
- Contact Management: Enrich contact details so that Client Account Managers know all of the important details about the most critical people.
- Contract Validation: Confirm renewal and contract termination dates along with whether contracts auto-renew and have exclusivity.
- Product Usage: Where automation not possible, monitor expected volume vs. actual to identify opportunities.
- Data Migration: When datasets are identified to be in an external system, work through a mapping, import, and validation exercise.
Each intern will own a dedicated project solving real business challenges. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, network and participate in professional and personal development sessions. The internship will wrap up with a presentation on your learnings and the experience.
