We collaborate with retailers and suppliers to design and implement supply chain solutions to optimize a product’s route to market. Essential Functions:
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Research and diagnose issues that resolve customer concerns to ensure a high level of retention and satisfaction.
- Follow process, policy, and compliance requirements, while exhibiting efficient workplace productivity and time management skills.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Process customer purchase orders and outbound orders.
- Interact daily with internal partners, warehouse, finance, transportation.
- Coordinate with warehouse to assure orders are processed, released & scheduled accordingly to meet customer requirements.
- Use of multiple excel & business systems simultaneously.
- Manage & oversee multiple customer deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to promote and sell supplementary services to customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills, filing documents or updating customer profiles/accounts.
- Prior customer service experience required- minimum of 1-2 years.
- Motivated, detail oriented and dependable.
- Process driven and customer focused.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm & professional demeanor through customer interactions.
- Experience or knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment.
Special Skills:
- Experienced in Microsoft programs.
