We are a fintech startup looking for an excited, high performing Business Development Manager with people skills, ambition, and the flexibility to work at a fast-paced fin-tech startup.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform financial analysis of real estate properties utilizing our industry-leading technology and prepare financial reports
- Work with banks and borrowers in relation to mortgage brokerage
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills both verbal and written
- Passion about enterprise technology, finance, and real estate
- Pro-active and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the motivation to develop your career
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – can communicate fluidly both externally and internally with founders, engineers, product managers, etc
- Tremendous follow-through
- An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications
- Completed or pursuing a BA/BS or equivalent in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Ideal for recent college graduates
- 1-2 years of relevant financial experience preferred
