We're looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer who'll have the opportunity to work with our biggest and most strategic customers, post sales. Leading all professional services for new and current customers. Finding creative solutions to configure and implement a variety of use cases. Program manage paid data analysis or weather consulting projects requested by customers, and support complicated onboarding processes. Enable customers by providing best practices and training.

What You'll Do:
- Professional Services / Data Analysis -
- Work cross functionally to bring resolution to customer projects
- Lead paid configuration projects requested by customers
- Project manage paid data analysis/science or weather consulting projects requested by customers
- API Customer Onboarding -
- Set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the onboarding and implementation process for new accounts.
- Educate new customers on our products, assist in solving technical problems during initial stages , and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or 6+ years of experience in the High Tech/ Saas products industry
- 2+ years experience working in a B2B customer facing role Strong communication skills and desire to work closely with customers Working experience as a data analyst or Solution Engineer
- Experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Python - big BONUS
