Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
-Engage with customers, in-person, in a professional, friendly manner
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update customer information, and manage sales activities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dealership or outside sales is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a bonus, but not required
